Shipping Timeline


Most in-stock items will arrive 6-18 business days after receipt of your order.

A shipping timeline specific to your destination can be viewed in Checkout.
Hannukah: For delivery by December 11, order by 3:00pm Eastern on November 20.
Christmas: For delivery by December 24, order by 3:00pm Eastern on December 8.

Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Replacements


We hope you are satisfied with every purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may seek a return or a replacement. See below for details.

We accept Visa, MasterCard for international orders. Your credit card will be billed by TEAMRudy Motorsports.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at our Consumer Care hotline 1-424-234-6569 send an email to Our Consumer Care hotline and email is available Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
